Refund Policy

Core Editing provides custom digital memorial video services. Due to the personalized nature of these services, all purchases are subject to the following terms.
1. When Production Begins
Production is considered to begin once both of the following have been received:
A completed intake submission
Full Payment confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when production has officially begun.
2. Non-Refundable Custom Service
All memorial video products are custom digital services. Once production has begun, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
3. Failure to Provide Required Materials
If payment is received but required materials (including photos, video clips, or necessary information) are not submitted within seven (7) calendar days, the order may be considered abandoned and is non-refundable.
Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Core Editing.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times (such as 48–72 hours) begin once production has officially started, as defined above.
While Core Editing makes every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, material quality, responsiveness, and revision requests.
If a delay occurs, clients will be notified promptly with an updated timeline.
Delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.
5. Expedited (Rush) Services
Expedited services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Rush delivery timelines vary depending on the selected package, project complexity, and material submission. Specific delivery expectations will be confirmed in writing prior to production.
Approval of a rush request does not guarantee same-day delivery unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Rush fees are non-refundable once production has begun.
6. Revisions
Continuous Tribute: No formal revision guarantee. Minor corrections may be considered at the discretion of Core Editing.
Classic Memorial: One (1) revision included.
Enhanced Memorial: Up to two (2) revisions included.
Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a service, you agree to contact Core Editing directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
8. Data Retention
Client-submitted materials are retained for approximately 30 days following final delivery. Materials may be permanently deleted after that time.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of delivered videos.
