Welcome to Core Editing. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Core Editing provides custom memorial video editing services delivered digitally.

All services are custom-created based on materials submitted by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during intake
  • Submit all required photos, videos, and content in usable format
  • Ensure they have permission or legal rights to use all submitted materials

Core Editing is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted content.

3. Production Timeline

Production begins only after:

  • Intake submission is completed
  • Full payment has been received

Estimated turnaround times begin at that point and are not guaranteed deadlines.

4. Revisions

Revision allowances are defined per package:

  • Continuous Tribute: No guaranteed revisions
  • Classic Memorial: One (1) revision
  • Enhanced Memorial: Up to two (2) revisions

Additional revisions may require additional fees.

5. Creative Discretion

Clients acknowledge that all projects are subject to Core Editing’s professional and creative judgment.

By purchasing a service, clients agree to allow reasonable creative interpretation of submitted materials.

6. Digital Delivery

Final videos are delivered digitally via a file-sharing platform (such as Google Drive or similar service).

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their final product.

7. Limitation of Liability

Core Editing shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of client-submitted materials due to file corruption or transfer errors
  • Platform outages or third-party service interruptions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

8. Refusal of Service

Core Editing reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at its discretion prior to production.

If service is refused before production begins, a full refund will be issued.

9. Modifications

Core Editing may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
